Using Campfire In A Can In A Decorative Flower Pot

If you are wanting to use your new Campfire In A Can in the backyard, a great way to get exactly the look you want is to install your Campfire into a large flower pot that fits your decor.

This is an easy and simple DIY project that can be completed in an afternoon and will not take up your whole weekend. The amazing selection of sizes, shapes, and colors at local garden centers will make the hard part deciding on the perfect flower pot!

Here is a great example of how one of our customers did exactly this in his backyard!

Howard in Seattle, WA set his Campfire In A Can in this lovely garden pot, topped with fire glass. He designed this deck to have the propane lines all hidden. He recently sent us this great series of photos showing the whole process!

1. The Campfire In A Can in place in the pottery bowl – the propane line runs through a conduit under the deck

2. The brackets (made from plumber’s strap) that hold up a hardware wire “donut” that in turn holds the glass beads

3. The bowl with everything in place

4. The new deck with the fire bowl taking center stage

And of course, here are some of Howard’s friends enjoying a lovely evening around his new built-in fire bowl!
