Funny Google Search Terms People Have Used To Find Our Blog

Summer means camping season, and camping season means a lot of traffic to our website. Have you ever stopped and taken a look at the Google search terms people use to find your blog or website? We do.

Sometimes they make us laugh. Sometimes they make us cringe. Best of all though, they give us an idea of new blog topics to write about, because we can see exactly the content that are driving people to find us.

So I recently hopped on over to Google Analytics and took a peek at the funny Google search terms people have used to find our site and our blog. Between some of the typos and completely unrelated searches, i'm left wondering how in the world some of you even found us.

Here are some of our favorites:

  1. "ire in a can" .. The canister top is great for storing all of the campfire parts, not sure that there is room for much else though!
  2. "campfire in a metal bycket" .. Did you mean the canister top or are you putting together a neat project in the backyard? If you are planning on a cool backyard fire feature, send us a photo!
  3. "vampire in a can" .. You know, because a fire ban is going to suck all the fun out of your summer. Right?
  4. "canning in kelowna bc" .. Not quite what we're into, but If anyone is canning jams or jellies and have any extras, we'll gladly take those off your hands.
  5. "forrest approved fire thingy propane" .. Yup! Our forest approved propane fire in a can thingy is perfect to use when you aren't allowed a wood fire!
  6. "frie\ can" .. What?
  7. "united states time frames for phone calls" .. I've got nothing.
  8. "vitaly rules google ☆*:.。.゚゚・*ヽ(^ᴗ^)丿*・゚゚.。.:*☆ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯(•ิ_•ิ)(ಠ益ಠ)(ಥ‿ಥ)(ʘ‿ʘ)ლ(ಠ_ಠლ)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ヽ(゚д゚)ノʕ•̫͡•ʔᶘ ᵒᴥᵒᶅ(=^. .^=)oo" .. *shrug*
  9. "several red men standing around a fire" .. Red men? Huh? I ran this one through Google and got results about firemen and video games.. so I'm confused how this searcher found us.
  10. "i can do a camp fire" .. Yes, with a propane campfire, you can do a campfire - even during a fire ban!
